From this legal landscape, we may more honestly examine personal perceptions of land, identity, property, and ownership, and situate them within the global climate dialogue.

Speaker Alexandra Bray Kinsella is an International Indigenous Rights Lawyer and has been in in Colorado since 2015. She currently works with the Maya communities of the Toledo District of Belize to protect their judicially recognized land rights.
