Everyone knows that meditation is good for health and happiness. But it's a hard habit to build. Luckily, it's easier in a group. Come to a meditation practice at 11:30am on Wednesday in the Bell Tower conference room. Instruction will be provided by City Club member Nick Urban. Nick has practiced meditation for 14 years, in Zen and Shambhala traditions, and is authorized as a Shambhala Guide.
