Marlena Rich

Marlena is a world traveled adventurer who has lived abroad, yet cherishes her home in Boulder, CO.

Marlena's 30+ year full-spectrum career in a sales career, video, telecom, audiobooks, high tech, and real estate has always been fueled by her passion for life and involvement in the arts.  She attributes her success to her philosophy of “serving rather than selling.” Marlena’s current career focus is in commercial and residential real estate at Coldwell Banker.

When not immersed in real estate, Marlena directs her energy to swimming, cultivating her dance of Argentine tango, working with the American Association of University Women (AAUW), and spending time with her friends and family.
