It took us over two years and $2M to reinvent ourselves as Highland City Club. Hanging the new sign at the entry bridge was a symbolic gesture, showing we are done with this phase of our work and are focused on catching up with some deferred maintenance, completing our punch-list, and refining the operation of our facilities.

Our new tech-savvy parking system is now active, so we can keep track of who is driving into and out of our lot. If you are a resident or tenant with a monthly pass, you can come and go as you please. If you are a City Club member and we already have your license plate(s), we will charge your account $1.25/hr or $10/day. Please make sure your guests sign in and give us their license plate so we can bill your account. Obviously we will honor our current leases so no worries there. We will also have many events that include free parking, such as Friday night Happy Hours, so note parking on all invites. This is a much needed solution to a long term problem, and we are not in a rush to implement everything at the same time. We hope to test and de-bug this parking control system by fall, so if you have any questions or concerns, please let us know.

Finally, it is time to celebrate our success, and we have the Grapes & Grass coming up August 24th and 25th. This is the club's major social event of the year and we expect over 500 attendees. We have secured special rates for both events for our City Club members. See below for more details and to RSVP.
