Highland | City Club is growing, and we are always on the lookout for new team members who are passionate about what we do and bring a level of determination, motivation and positivity to compliment our current team and culture. Please refer to the list below for all open and existing positions.

Jack? Is that You?!

Are you a Jack-of-all-trades? Do you feel more comfortable with a tool than a drink in your hand? Would you like to be a part of a larger team of perfectionists who strive to make our world a better place?

City Club is a private social and business club located on the south bank of Boulder Creek in the heart of downtown Boulder. Our staff of sixteen manages the 128-year old historic landmark we own, and services our ~300 members. See highlandcityclub.com for more information.

Although we are fortunate to have a long-term, full-time maintanance man who can fix almost anything, there is so much to do, he can’t fix everything, so we are looking for additional help.

If you like gardening, weeding, hand watering, snow removal, painting, oiling woodwork, or can do light electrical and mechanical work, we’d love to talk to you, so send a cover letter of any length along with a resume to membership@highlandcityclub.com explaining why you are The Man.

City Club is a great place to work, and we pay above-market wages depending on the diversity of your talents and your level of experience.

Desperately Seeking Martha

City Club is a private social and business club located on the south bank of Boulder Creek in the heart of downtown Boulder. Our staff of sixteen manages the historic landmark we are housed in, and services our ~300 members. See highlandcityclub.com for more information.

We want to hire a new full time service staff who likes to fluff pillows, arrange flowers, oil woodwork, polish silver, dust paintings, help serve lunch, make coffee, serve tea, and do whatever else it takes to make Highland feel like our members' home away from home.

If you are a Martha-Stewart-wannabe, this could be a great job for you. The ideal candidate must have food service experience, an aesthetic eye, like to clean and organize, and be willing to help in the kitchen and garden as needed. So if you don’t have an estate of your own to manage, help us manage ours.

If you are currently a barista, waitress and/or house cleaner asking yourself what happened to my career; or if you are a mom with a couple of young kids wanting something fun to do after you drop them off at school in the morning, this can be an ideal job for you, in which case you can write a letter of any length to membership@highlandcityclub.com, letting us know why you think you are The One.

City Club is a great place to work, and we pay above-market wages depending on the diversity of your talents and your level of experience.
