Business Plus
This is our most premium Membership tier. With this tier you gain 24/7 access to the Highland City Club with a dedicated key to the building. Up to 14 hours of dedicated Meeting Room credit included per month. $100/month food credit. Unlimited access to Phone Booths, after hours visitation, members exclusive pricing on food and beverage. Includes a dedicated WiFi Credential with access to our super fast dedicated Fiber Optic line. Requires a six-month initial commitment and then shifts to month to month after.

Business
The Business Membership tier offers 24/7 access to Highland City Club with a dedicated key to the building and up to eight hours of free monthly access to seven private meeting rooms. This tier also includes unlimited free access to nine private Phone Booths, discounted food and beverage pricing, social programs, and free access to our dedicated super-fast Fiber Optic line. Business Membership requires a six-month initial commitment and will renew month-to-month after.

Social Plus
This Membership tier offers ten days of full access to Highland City Club between 8:30 am - 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday (excluding Holidays). Social Plus membership includes free access to our dedicated super-fast Fiber Optic line, discounted pricing on food and beverage, and social programming. Social Plus Members must check in at the Concierge each time they visit. Social Plus membership requires an initial six-month commitment and will renew month-to-month after.

Social
This Membership tier is for members who want to focus on social engagements, delicious daily buffet lunches, fun events, all-day meal orders, parties, movies, concerts, and more. Social Membership provides no access to WiFi or workspaces but allows members the opportunity to purchase a Day Pass at $35/day to work at the Club as needed. Social Membership requires a $5,000 initiation joining fee and $150/m dues. Spouses and live-in partners can join without the initial joining fee and only pay an additional $75/m in dues.

Tenant
Tenant Membership is our highest tier of Membership. Tenants receive one of our very limited Private Offices with beautiful 12’ ceilings and 8’ windows. Private Offices come with 10 hours of dedicated Meeting Room Credit as well as 24/7 access to the Club. Private Offices come with a lock and key, we have both furnished and unfurnished options. Pricing ranges from $1500/month to $3000/month based on the size and location and furnishings. Tenant Membership comes with all benefits listed above. Private Offices require signature of a one year lease. Higher prices for short term rentals are available. Don’t hesitate to reach out to us if you have any questions.

Becoming a Member has many benefits including unlimited access to all common areas and shared workspaces. Insanely fast dedicated Fiber Optic WiFI. By-the-hour access to beautiful Conference Rooms, Phone Booths, and even Private Offices. Member-only pricing on Food and Beverages, and exclusive access to private programing and events.
Our luxurious Private Offices have 12’ ceilings and tall windows with abundant natural light and consistently beautiful views. As a small or mid-sized company, you can rent a private office or a suite for the executive team and simply add additional ‘Seats’ for the rest of your team for optimum flexibility and cost savings.
Recruit the help of our world-class team to book rooms, setup lunch meetings, host private events, handle your addressing or reception, and much more, or manage your own experience with our beautiful Mobile App. You can manage your bookings, RSVP for Lunch or order a snack or an amazing bottle of wine from our private cellar.
During the warmer months, enjoy one of our many outdoor tables surrounded by our award winning gardens and infused with insanely fast internet and some of the best hospitality that Boulder has to offer. During the colder months, cozy up by the fire or on the Club Level surrounded by beautiful art and antique Persian rugs.

Application Follow Up and Tour
We take the time to really get to know every one of our Members. We want to ensure that we communicate clearly what we are, how we operate, and what we expect from our Members. And take the time to learn about each person and connect on a personal level past the nitty gritty details of a formal application.
This multi-step process takes some time so this is not a great spot for folks who are just looking for a “co-working” space for a few weeks or are just passing through. In fact, we require a six-month minimum commitment because we believe this is the minimum time investment required to truly become a meaningful part of a new community, but of course we help you every step of the way.
Once you have submitted your initial Application, our Membership team will review it and circle back with you to discuss the next steps in your Application process. In most cases this means an in person meeting and a tour of the grounds.
LUXURY PRIVATE OFFICES
Luxurious Private Offices with 12' ceilings and tall windows, 24/7 access, access to shared workspaces and fiber optic Wi-Fi. Full view of downtown Boulder and the Flatirons. Perfect for individuals who need a bit more space or teams who want more privacy or dedicated areas to set up equipment. Both Large and Small offices available and unique accommodations can be made for companies or teams larger than 5.
Office prices for one person start at $1500/month and $550 for each additional person. Cleaning and dedicated Fiber Optic WiFI included. Park in our private lot and pay by the hour, or opt-in for an unlimited plan. Want us to handle your Addressing or your Reception also? We do that stuff too.
Need an office but only a few days per month? Simple. Our base-level Membership allows you to rent offices by the hour or day too. This process is self-managed through our beautiful Mobile App. To sweeten the deal, Members get 4 hours of dedicated rental use per month, and our Private Office tenants get 6 hours per month.
