Located in the heart of downtown Boulder, the 130-year-old historic Highland is home to City Club, a private social and business club (see highlandcityclub.com). We have owned and managed this property for the past 43 years and take pride in the way we maintain our campus, made up of two buildings and their award-winning gardens.

The ideal candidate for this job is organized by nature, curious to learn, tech-savvy, and has a minimum of ten years of experience working for himself as a handyman, or has worked as a maintenance hand in a hotel, machine shop, or something alike. This also might be the perfect role for a retired electrician, plumber, or anyone who has owned and managed a physical space but is tired of the rat race trying to keep up.

This position pays $30 to $35 per hour depending on your level of experience, skillset, productivity, attitude, and other contributing factors.

BENEFITS

This role includes many benefits outside of our above market salary offering, this person will also receive a membership to Cloud Medical which is an amazing concierge medical service. This is not the same as normal insurance though and should be thought of as an addition to traditional medical insurance which we do not provide. This person will also receive an organic, fresh, beautiful lunch each day once the Social Lunch service has concluded. This costs us about $34/meal and is viewed by all members of the team as a huge benefit of employment.
