A SHORT REVIEW OF OUR COVID-19 PROTOCOL:

We are doing more than ever to ensure the safety and security of our Community. We ask you to really consider your fellow Members and do all that you can to protect each other. This means staying away if you’re feeling tired, or a little bit off from your normal self.

We are requiring that Masks be worn at all times by both Staff and Membership, the only exception to this rule is during eating or drinking. We are diligently cleaning all common area surfaces dozens of times per day. We are generally increasing airflow throughout the building, even if it means cooler temperatures and we are cranking up the heat to accommodate for any discomfort. We also have mobile heating and UV & HEPA air filtration units for our Meeting Rooms and operable windows in many locations and rooms.

All Staff, Members, and Guests are required to Check-In every day of attendance. This ensures that if any of our Staff, Membership, or Guests were to test positive for COVID-19, we could determine when they were last here, and immediately alert anyone who might have come in contact with this person.

In general, we are following the most cautious recommendations from our medical advisors and at every opportunity we are prioritizing the safety and security of our community over anything else.

1. Masks: We require masks to be worn by Staff, Membership, and Guests at all times when on the premises. The only exception to this rule is during drinking or eating. Masks are required during small transit like going to the bathroom or refilling your drink.

2. Airflow: It is now our official practice to have staff open the windows on each floor of the building for roughly 10 minutes every hour to allow in fresh air and old air out. While this may be a bit chilly at times, we believe this presents a significant increase in safety and have increased the heating in all areas to accommodate for any discomfort.

3. Sanitizer: We have placed hand-sanitizer immediately when you enter the building and on every floor. Please wash your hands often and use these sanitizers in between.

4. Care: Let us all act responsibility to keep our community safe. If you feel even slightly off, a bit more tired than normal, have a little runny nose, etc. please do the right thing and stay home until you know you are 100% healthy.
