In 2008, after a three-year work stint in New York, my wife Karal and I decided to move to Colorado, and chose Boulder to plant our roots, and plan our new lives. My career path was managing hotels, restaurants, and conference centers; and her path was owning a hair salon. Since then, we have both thrived independently together.

I have always been passionate about health, diet, and physical fitness as a path to personal growth. My other passions are riding motorcycles in the summer, and snowboarding in the winter, allowing me to enjoy the seasonal cycles, and to ground myself.

As I age, I am more drawn to, and have a greater awareness and need for community and personal enlightenment. This is what I find so great about Boulder— the opportunity to continuously find challenges and opportunities in the many different stages and phases of life.
