After eight years of studying and striving for perfection, Chef Maria Cooper has decided that going forward, we are only going to use 100% all-natural, unrefined sea salt. Take a few minutes to study why this small change could be life transforming

Also, although we promote a mostly organic vegetarian diet, we are switching to grass-fed beef whenever possible for the benefit of members who like to eat meat. See the attached on Corner Post, which is one of our new suppliers.
