Our garden project is complete and we plan to celebrate on Friday June 21st, so please mark your calendar to join us for a special event including dinner, cocktails on the lawn, music in the amphitheater and the unveiling of the bronze plaque to dedicate our new symbolic temple:

THE TEMPLE

Boulder’s Masonic Temple, built in 1891 of sandstone with ornate carvings, burned in 1941 and its stones were scattered throughout the city. On the 40th anniversary of the establishment of Highland’s award-winning gardens, these stones were gathered and re-assembled to build a symbolic Masonic temple dedicated to the principles of Freemasonry.

This structure is dedicated to Kevin Townley, the Grand Lecturer of the Grand Lodge Colorado, and Highland's Scholar in Residence.’

Dedicated: June 24th, 2019
